Site Visits
Site visits, or field visits, can be a useful tool when used correctly. They can be used to verify a location, identify specific quantities, inspect individual equipment, qualify status, or have a conversation with the consumer to answer any questions. A site visit can also be used for an account which is unexpectedly delinquent. We will use the effort to gain relevant information including pictures and any needed documentation.
Legal Services
Our services are often used by law firms to seize collateral. By seizing collateral these firms can execute and satisfy their lawful judgments. We often work in conjunction with the civil service division of the local sheriff’s office since prior legal precedent has been established. Once the collateral recovery is complete, we can perform appraisals and prepare the collateral for sale or auction.
Matured Leases
Consumer leases make up nearly 30 percent of the auto market. When individual leases, or fleet leases expire, and vehicles need to be recovered from the consumer we can offer these services. Maintained storage involves periodically starting the collateral, moving it forward and backward, and scheduled fluid checks while maintaining battery life and tire pressure.
